Refund Policy

At Briffs, we pour passion, craft, and care into every bottle. But we also understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned. This policy explains how refunds work when shopping with us.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from briffs.com or our official retail partners.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    • Returned within 7 days of delivery.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances (because, well… once it’s sprayed, the story’s already told).

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or products bought on final sale.


3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact our customer service team at info.briffs@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–15 working days after we receive and inspect your return.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right — replacement, exchange, or refund, whichever works best for you.


5. International Orders

As we expand globally, refund timelines and shipping requirements may vary depending on your region. Updated details will always be available on briffs.com.


The only thing we don’t refund is time wasted reading fine print. But hey, at least you smell wiser now.
