Return Policy

At Briffs, every fragrance is bottled with intent and detail. Still, we know that sometimes what arrives at your doorstep may not be quite what you expected. That’s where our return policy comes in.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unopened and unused (we can’t take back bottles that have already told their story).

    • In its original packaging with all seals intact.

    • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances (once the notes are released, they can’t be recaptured).

  • Gift cards, promotional offers, or final sale items.


3. How to Return

  • Contact our customer service at info.briffs@gmail.com to initiate your return.

  • Once approved, you’ll be guided through the return process, including the return address.

  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no additional cost.


5. International Returns

As we expand beyond Pakistan, return processes may vary by region. Please refer to updated guidelines on briffs.com when ordering internationally.


We accept returns, but sadly, we can’t return your ex. Perfume lasts longer anyway.
