1. Delivery Within Pakistan

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days for major cities, and 5–7 business days for other areas.

  • Delivery charges may vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions (when available) will be clearly mentioned on our website.

2. International Shipping

  • While Briffs is currently delivering only across Pakistan, international shipping will be available soon as we expand our reach. Stay tuned for updates on delivery timelines and costs.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can use it to check the real-time status of your delivery.

4. Delivery Issues

5. Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries

  • Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or multiple failed delivery attempts may require additional charges for reshipping.
